Contemporary Yoga is a personally driven, movement-performance style, in which the goal is to transpose contemporary dance technique with yoga. Contemporary Yoga was created to capture and enhance that which was already present in both forms: breath, center, transition, balance, postural positioning, and choreography. Where a sense of physical and emotional freedom emerges from the unification of self, passion, physicality, and vulnerability. Contemporary Yoga is unique to HarmsaStar.
